Mark your calendars!
We have some exciting things coming up we would love for you to be a part of!
DiscipleU: The Holy Spirit
How is the Holy Spirit considered a person?
Is the Holy Spirit literally “inside” of Christians?
Where was the Holy Spirit in Old Testament times?
There are so many misconceptions about the Holy Spirit in Pentecostal churches today. In order to worship God well, we must know who it is we are serving. Join us for our next round of DiscipleU classes on the person of the Holy Spirit. We will explore the person, character, and activity of the Holy Spirit, along with practical ways to better engage the Spirit as we seek after Christ.
When: April 10th, 24th, and May 8th @ 6:30pm
Men's Event: Screens
The results of prolonged screen time are staggering—higher rates of loneliness, superficial sleep, decreased energy levels and brain function. Men are particularly vulnerable to the high costs of screen time. Exposure to pornography, gaming addictions, and online gambling hit men the hardest.
Join our next Men's Ministry event at University Assembly as we engage a curated discussion on navigating life in a digital world. We will be discussing question like:
What is a Christian philosophy of technology?
Are we using technology or is technology using us?
When: April 29th, 7:00pm
Stay tuned for our summer outreach projects in the Fillmore neighborhood.
